A Twist on the Traditional
Two ounces of ham, one slice of Swiss cheese, 1/4 of a medium avocado and mustard on one slice of Arnold Healthy Mulitgrain bread; baby carrots and green pepper slices; two tablespoons Sabra’s roasted red pepper hummus; frozen blueberries; one serving Emerald Cocoa Roast almonds for a snack

Broccoli Slaw Pinwheel Salad
Two ounces of honey ham cut in spirals; one slice of Swiss cheese cut in spirals; one large of handful broccoli slaw; 1/4 cup diced yellow squash; frozen blueberries; homemade salsa-ranch yogurt dressing; one serving Emerald Cocoa Roast almonds for a snack
